Not: Öğrenciler, staj raporlarını basılı formatta teslim etmeden önce moodlee sistemi üzerinden ilgili turnitin sayfasına (link= https://moodle.atilim.edu.tr/user/index.php?id=14078) raporlarını yükleyip, daha sonrasında Ar. Gör Ezgi Gümüştekin (ezgi.gumustekin@atilim.edu.tr) veya Ar. Gör. Sezgi Sözber (sezgi.sozber@atilim.edu.tr) moodledaki ilgili bölüme staj raporunu yüklediklerini ve geri bildirim beklediklerini ifade eden bir mail atmaları gerekmektedir. İlgili sistem üzerinden öğrencilerin Turnitin raporlarında herhangi bir benzerlik oranı sorunu yaşanmadığı durumlarda öğrencilere geri bildirim yapılarak "rapor teslimi için gelebilirsiniz" yanıtını aldıktan sonra raporun elden teslimi için gelmeleri gerekmektedir.

Staj Değerlemesine Esas Belgeler:
1)Staj Raporu (kapak sayfasıyla birlikte)
2)Tamamlamış olduğunuz staja ilişkin en az 3 sayfalık (her gün özelinde gün1, gün2 vb.) bir değerlendirme metni. (staj rapor formuna ilişkin yazım kuralları -boşluklar, yazı tipi vs.- aynı şekilde olmalıdır.)
a) Staj yaptığınız kurum ile ilgili bilgilendirme
b) Staj süreciniz ile ilgili değerlendirme
3)Staj Değerlendirme Formu (Kapalı zarf içerisinde teslim edilmelidir, zarfın kapak kısmında amirinizin imzası ve kaşesi yer almalıdır). https://www.atilim.edu.tr/files/STAJ_DEGERLENDIRME_FORMU_ORNEK.doc

4) Öğrenciler staj bitiminde belirtilen tarihe kadar staj raporlarını elden teslim etmenin yanısıra Moodle üzerinde açılacak olan Turnitin sayfasına word ya da pdf formatında yükleme yapacaklardır. Benzerlik oranı %20'den düşük olmalıdır.

NOTE: AVM 399 AVM 499 | Staj / Internship | Spring 2023-2024” in the sub-section of the School of Civil Aviation in the Moodle system. Should you wish to register for the course, you will be able to upload and check your Turnitin reports here.
Note: Students have to upload their internship reports to the necessary Turnitin page (link= https://moodle.atilim.edu.tr/user/index.php?id=14078) via the Moodle system before submitting them in printed format. Afterward, they must submit their reports to Ar. Assist. Ezgi Gümüştekin (ezgi.gumustekin@atilim.edu.tr) or Ar. Assist. Sezgi Sözber (sezgi.sozber@atilim.edu.tr) should send an email to the appropriate section in moodlee to inform them that they have uploaded the internship report and are awaiting feedback. The students should come for hand delivery of the report after obtaining the response "you can come for report delivery" in cases where there is no similarity rate problem in the Turnitin reports of the students through the relevant system.
Note2: The instructor section of the Internship Reports should include our Head of Department, Dr. Altan Özkil, a faculty member.
Documents to be submitted after the internship
1) Internship Report (spesific to each day, day1 day2 etc.)
a) A brief information about the internship company
b) A diary of what you learned and experiences during your internship
c) The intersection of the theoretical knowledge you learned in lessons and what you learned in internship
d) Conclusion
2) An evaluation text of at least 3 pages related to the internship you have completed. (The spelling rules for the internship report form -spaces, font, etc.- should be the same.)
a) Information about the institution where you do your internship
b) Evaluation about your internship process
3) Internship Evaluation Form (It should be submitted in a sealed envelope, your supervisor's signature and stamp should be on the cover of the envelope).
4) Students must upload their internship reports in word or pdf format to the Turnitin page that will be opened on Moodle, in addition to hand-delivering by the date specified at the end of the internship.
