•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical&Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent polytechnic qualification and experience 
•    Excellent computer skills
•    Experience reviewing customer and engineering design requirements and responding to requests for proposals by developing project scope documents, technical reports, cost estimates, and proposal documentation.
•    Customer focused and collaborative team member who can adapt to a rapidly changing market.
•    Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to function effectively with minimum support
•    Ability to work closely with and influence cross-functional teams in a diverse, global, and multicultural environment
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to work under and meet tight deadlines
•    Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to plan and schedule large projects
•    Able to work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment
•    Ability to identify technical solutions to customers’ business needs
