Atılım University and TUSAŞ- Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. Signed “Research and Education Cooperation Protocol”

On May 2, 2013 a protocol on Cooperation in Research was  signed between Atılım University and TUSAŞ – Turkish Aerospace Industry.

The protocol was signed in the Kazan plants of TUSAŞ with the participation of  Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim Özgenoğlu, the President of Atılım University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Akay, the Provost of Atılım University and, Prof. Dr. Gülhan Özbayoğlu Dean of Faculty of Engineering of Atılım University and from TAI-TUSAŞ, Yılmaz Güldoğan,  Vice President Strategy and Technology Management , Oya Tansu, Vice President Human Resources, Serdar Gökpınar, Technology Management Director, Kılıç Ali Temiz, Education Director and Hürriyet Eğilmez who represents TUSAŞ in the Board of Atılım University Metal Forming Centre of Excellence.

Within the frame of the Industry – University Cooperation Protocol between Atılım University and TUSAŞ, projects for the future and organization of bilateral research, development, project support and academic activities have been outlined. Our university plans to hold meetings about technical issues with TUSAŞ. Academics and administrative staff who seek information about the protocol can refer to Provost Hasan Akay.
