Prof. Dr. Hakkı Hakan Yılmaz Becomes Lead Project Consultant for UNDP LAR III

Atılım University Department of Public Finance Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Hakkı Hakan Yılmaz has been appointed as the Lead Project Consultant for the Local Administration Reform Phase III, executed by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), granted with the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) co-benefited by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.  

Funded by the EU within the framework of IPA, and executed by the UNDP, the LAR III Project is one of the most extensive capacity improvement projects, and is executed with the main goal of supporting the implementation of past local administration reforms, and strengthening a local administration structure in Turkey that meets international standards.
