"Atilim University Student Branch",affiliated to the American Society of Heating, Cooling and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), was established under the advisor of the Assist.Prof.Dr.Cihan TURHAN from Energy Systems Engineering Department of Atılım University. All membership expenses of the first 10 student members of the "Atılım University Student Community", sponsored by the ASHRAE Turkish Chapter, were covered by the Turkish Chapter.
Student Branches offer student members the opportunity to interact and 'network' with members of the local ASHRAE Chapter, to participate in technical tours, learn from guest speakers, present technical papers, and to interact with other students with the same career interests.
