2014-2015 Academic Year Opening Ceremony

2014-2015 Academic Year Opening Ceremony of Atılım University was held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 in Orhan Zaim Conference Hall located in the Faculty of Law.
The Chairman and the Members of the Board of Trustees, the President, the Vice Presidents, the Faculty Deans, academic and administrative staff and students participated in the ceremony.
The ceremony opened with the audience rising to their feet to sing the national anthem coming right after the moment of silence. The opening speech was delivered by Prof. Abdurrahim Özgenoğlu (PhD), President of Atılım University. After the opening speech, a small music concert was given. After the concert, the very first lecture titled “New Settlements and Buildings in the 21st Century” of the academic year was delivered by Prof. Haluk Pamir (PhD), a faculty member of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture.
The awards and plaques were presented to the academic and administrative personnel who have been working at Atılım University for the last 10 years.
