Possible changes regarding the academic calendar for the academic semester of Spring 2020-2021 were discussed. Consequently, it was unanimously decided that the changes to be implemented shall be as follows:

In addition, as for the academic semester of Spring 2020-2021, it was unanimously decided that:
a) Education shall continue at all levels in the form of distance education between April 29 - May 21, 2021;
b) Formal (face-to-face) education shall start in the courses and practices determined by the Department of Basic English under the School of Foreign Languages, and other academic units, as of May 24, 2021;
c) The midterm exams postponed after the Ramadan Feast shall be sat formally at the university as of May 24, 2021; and
d) Instructors are to make syllabus changes as required, and inform their students of such changes until Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
