Atılım University Medical School has been accepted by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) which is a member of Intealth, an integrated organization that also includes the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER®).

Although the heavily-infectious Omicron variant seems less severe than the Delta variant, WHO (World Health Organization) stated on Thursday that it should not be categorized as “mild”.

It has recently been discovered that the rate of mortality due to COVID, or any other causes is lower for individuals vaccinated against COVID-19, compared to unvaccinated individuals. With the new research, the COVID-19 vaccines approved in the United States have, once again, proven to be safe.

Atılım University Medical School White Coat Ceremony was held on September 30, 2021. At the ceremony, the second term students of Medical School received their white coats and stethoscopes and took an important step in their medical lives as the future physicians.
