Dear Phase III Students of Medical School,
In the 2022-2023 academic year, visits to Gölbaşı Health Center will be made in certain weeks. Participation in these visits is obligatory and grading will be done. In order for the health center visits to take place, the form shared in this announcement regarding the insurance must be filled and delivered to our Secretary Gizem Alsancak (office number 202) by 16.09.2022 at 17:00.
NOTE: The sections marked with "X" in the form should be filled in, and the other sections should be left blank.
