NR- Night Flight Training
NR- Night Flight License
Purpose
The purpose of this course is to improve the flight skills of the applicant for visual flying training (VFR) as pilot-in-command (PIC).
Prerequisites
To hold a valid Private Pilot license (PPL (A).
Flight Training
Flying training takes 5 hours. The training program covers 2-hour pilot in command flight under the supervision of instructors, several emergency procedures such as alternator failure as well as strengthening the flying skills with visual data's, being able to see and to descry at night, circling to runway with the aerodrome lightning, landing while landing gear warning light is ON or OFF within the Turkish AIP's scope.

PPL (A) Exam Details
- The candidates who successfully pass theoretical courses and flight training are taken to theoretical examination by DGCA.
- Students must obtain a minimum of 75 points in the written exam prepared in English to be eligible to take flight test.
1.2 PPL (A) Flight Training
- Pilot candidates take 45.15 hours of flight training after passing theoretical training.
- 40.15 hours of the flight training are delivered in aircraft and 5 hours in simulators.
- Students take part in 10.15-hour of pilot in command flight and 35.00-hour of dual flight with instructor.
FLIGHT INSTRUCTORS
1.1 PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
To give flight instructor knowledge and skills to pilots holding commercial pilot license.
1.2 PREREQUISITES
Below mentioned requirements should be met in order to undergo Commercial Pilot License Training:
1. Atilim University ATO Student Application Form Medical Certificate (from hospitals authorized by DGCA),
3. Criminal Records (from public prosecutors),
4. Certified Copy of Identity Card (Mayor's office with pictures),
5. Residence Certificate (Mayor's office with pictures),
6. Copy of Certificate or Diploma in Education (Notarized),
7. Photocopy of identity cards (Duplex),
8. Language proficiency document (Ministry of Education approved institution),
9. 8 Passport-Size Photograph,
10. Flight certificates and licenses
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
PREREQUISITES

- Applicants who are holder an ATPL (A) or CPL (A) license are required to have completed 100 hours as the pilot in command; however, the holders of PPL license are required 150 hours of experience.
- All theoretical conditions specified in AMC-FCL 1.470 must be met for CPL (A).
- In single engine aircrafts, 5 hours of 30 hour-flight are required to have been made within the last 6 months.
- Applicants must have 10-hour instrument flight training (maximum 5 hours of simulation training can be taken).
- Applicants must have a minimum of 20-hour S/S experience as the pilot in command not less than 300 Nm. In total.
