Atılım Academic Archive

-The academic archive platform, which is part of our University's Research Ecosystem, has been updated as Atılım Academic Archive.

- In the new platform, your academic outputs will be automatically pulled from ORCID, Scopus, Web of Science, TR Index, PubMed, YÖK Thesis Center and national/international open access sources on the first week of each month.

- You will not need to upload manually.

- Only publications must be added to the system in PDF format by adding the author version of the work accepted by the publisher, as indicated in the images below, and the doi number. Open access publications can also be added in PDF format with the publisher version. After checking that the publication has been uploaded to the platform, this information must be sent to the Academic Archives Manager via e-mail at aysel.senoglu@atilim.edu.tr. Articles that are not sent in this manner cannot be uploaded to the system.

- After these files are added to the system in PDF format and checked by us, it will be sufficient to copy the page link to the Scientific Publication Incentive Application Form.

- Our researchers can edit their profiles and make additions.

- Login to the system, upload, edit, etc. If you encounter any problems during the process, you can send an e-mail to aysel.senoglu@atilim.edu.tr.
