Release and Deployment Process Management
Release and Deployment Process Management is carried out by the Directorate of ICT in accordance with the ITIL© (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles in order to test and deliver the developed capabilities into live environment with minimal disruption to live ICT services by ensuring that deployments are performed in a controlled way and are evaluated, prioritized, planned, tested and documented properly.
Release and Deployment Process is sequel of Change Process. Followed by approval of the Change Request, the release pack is deployed into live environment through "Developer" and "Admin" layers in a controlled manner.
Release and Deployment Process Management is conducted in accordance with Live Servers Access Policy.
