Laboratory, Software, Hardware and Network Infrastructure Management
Directorate of ICT provides our University's laboratories with the following ICT services, via Technical Support Unit and the IT Help Desk:
- Hardware installation, configuration and spare parts replacement services for the desktop computers,
- Software installation, configuration and disk image multiplication services,
- Wired/wireless network access,
- Logs management,
- Remote access and information security services.
