Our Data Center Systems have been Upgraded and Virtualized

Dear End-Users,
We upgraded our Data Center infrastructure by installing additional hardware of server and storage systems, on March 1st, 2014. As a result of this upgrade and the enhancement of the Data Center capacity, we have given start to virtualize our server farm and to migrate all ICT services to virtual hosts.
Upon these upgrade and virtualization efforts, the processing and RAM power, also the storage capacity of our Data Center have significantly increased, as well as the unplanned service outage risks have reduced, due to the existance of virtual hosts which run on high-available server systems.
We gratefuly thank to our Technical Specialists who have contributed to these efforts to keep the quality level of our ICT services at the top notch, also to The Board of our University for investing in the technology infrastructure.
