The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is Starting at Atılım University!
An 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Pars from our Nursing Department, has been launched. This scientifically-backed program is designed to help you improve your ability to manage stress, increase your focus, and enhance your overall quality of life.
If you want to explore stress management techniques, deepen your mindfulness practice, and learn new skills, this program is for you. Upon completing the program, you will receive a University-Approved Certificate, which can also be verified through the E-Government system.
