Course Objectives To put forward basic issues and perspectives in Organizational theory and Management in a comprehensive manner, to evaluate the development of management science in the context of change and to provide management techniques and skills for business life.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To assess and interpret the historical development of management science in terms of changes in the world
  • To apply the modern management techniques to business world
Course Content Evolution of organization theories and contemporary organization theories, resource dependence theory, social network theory, institutional theory, agency theory.
