Course Objectives To argue theorical issues on judicial review of administration with graduate-students and research on contemporary transition on adminitrative courts.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Develop an ability to academic research on the fundemantal principles and concepts of administrative law within the scope of theorical issues and court decisions and give a presentation on a main problem of judicial review.
  • Making analyis on how the concepts of administrative law functions in practice
  • Gives examples the tools on performing the administrative activity
  • Gives examples the methods on protection of individuals aganist the privileges of public force
Course Content Main concepts and principles of judicial review of administration, the idea of rule of law and the change in contemporary administrative law.
