Course Objectives | The course is aimed to interpret the general provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code by teaching the fundamental principles of the modern criminal law according to historical development of criminal law. Explanation of elements of crime and their separation by the general theory of crime and the sub-theories involved in general theory of crime. |
