Course Objectives | Explanation of the economic criminal law which constitutes a large part of the complementary criminal law (special criminal laws) and comprehension of the basic concepts related to these interdisciplinary fields of law, examination of the specific and common characteristics of economic crimes in the light of general crime theory with the context of the special codes' regulations in the criminal law related to economic crimes, introduction of the economic crime actions in the codes other than criminal code, scrutinising these crimes in theoretical and practical terms and to critically approach the related regulations in the light of the theory of sanctions. |
