Course Objectives This lecture will be focused on air terminal management issues. Aim of this lecture is to give information abaut structure, operations and systems of air terminals.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will learn theoretical background information for air terminal management
  • Students will be able to identify relations of the elements of air terminal system
  • Students will be able to describe terminal operations
  • Students will be able to understand and use terminal terminology
Course Content Air terminal physical structure, air terminal organization structure, air terminal safety and security, operations in air terminal, terminal revenue management, terminal human resources management, budget management, aviation external services.
