Course Objectives This lesson; It aims to be able to combine patchwork pieces according to the technique, to do edge cleaning, quilting and lining according to the place of use, and to design clothes with a focus on patchwork.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Assembles patchwork pieces according to technique.
  • Depending on the area of ​​use, it cleans the patch edge.
  • Does patchwork quilting and lining.
  • Students designs clothes with a focus on patchwork.
Course Content Identifying history and definition of patchwork; general information about materials used in patchwork; general information about the techniques of patchwork and making samples with these techniques; combining patchwork pieces with the techniques; using the patchwork on designed cloth.
