Course Objectives The objective of this course is to introduce Business Process Management (BPM) key principles and methods of business process management covering the entire lifecycle of business processes (BPM). The course emphasizes the role of business process modeling as a tool in understanding and analysing business operations, and developing software system that support the execution of business processes.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Learn and apply process modeling techniques, languages and their relation to Information Technologies and system development.
  • Learn quantitative and qualitative techniques in process analysis design and monitoring and improvement
