Course Objectives The main aim of the course is to develop the "consumer awareness" in the people and in the direction of this developing consciousness, as a result of the expansion of the consumer legislation, to know and discuss what kind of rights and claims the consumer may have in every kind of shopping process.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the legislation on Consumer Protection
  • Explain the rights and obligations of the consumer.
  • Solves legal disputes between the consumer and the seller.
  • Compare consumer rights by type of contract.
