| Course Objectives | The main goal of the course is to address the legal rules regarding the solution of the problems faced by persons or institutions in the contracts of diagnosis and treatment; the responsibilities of the hospitals and the rights and obligations of the patient; the nature of the contract between the patient and the health institution; rules to be applied in case of breach of contract; mutual rights and obligations; by examining the special regulation issues of a number of special interventions; to provide information about provisions related to health law. |
