Course Objectives | To teach the legal culture, Roman private law; The Roman private law which was formed in the Republican Period and Aiming to ensure world peace, which continued to exist in the First Empire Period bureaucratic management and the state model that can be considered as the pioneer of the modern state teaching constitutes the aim of Roman public law. |
