Course Objectives The main objective of the course is the improvement of the knowledge and skills of the students about how the public administration fulfils its functions and how the public administration can be held responsible on the damages it causes to citizens rights while fulfilling its functions. In this context improvement of the students’ capabilities of conflict solving in administrative disputes and judgment abilities about the administrative law are aimed.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Evaluate the administrative law concepts
  • Making analyis on how the concepts of administrative law functions in practice
  • Gives examples the tools on performing the administrative activity
  • Evaluate of the reflection of principles of administrative law to the tools of public administration
  • Gives examples the methods on protection of individuals aganist the privileges of public force
Course Content The authorities of administration, public services, public order and law-enforcement officers, civil servants, disciplinary regulations, public property, pecuniary liability of public administration, contemporary trends in administrative law.
