Course Objectives To provide consiousness on gender-equality issues and knowledge on feminist law theory
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To learn the difference between sex and gender
  • To understand the need of different approach on legal concepts like domestic violence, sexual crimes, abortion etc.

Course Content Equality before the law, anti-discrimination, positive discrimination, feminist theories and different approaches to gender equality, the discirmination in the courts and norms, relevant national an international norms on gender equality.
