Course Objectives The main aim of the course is giving theoretical information about family law. Giving information to solve legal problems about Engagement, Marriage, End of Marriage, Adoption , guardianship and Parental Custody.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Solve problems about Family Law
  • Use knowledge about Family Law in frictions about family law.
  • Summarize the subjects in Family Law.
  • Identify the problems in regulations about Family Law.
  • Critisize regulations and offer solutions.
Course Content Engagement, marriage, divorce, law of property between husband and wife, adoption, guardianship and parental custody.
