Course Objectives In this course, students learn how should be a legal correspondence in a comprehensive manner; especially lawsuit petition, bill of answer etc.. On the other hand, request to issue enforcement proceedings and some precepts are examine in this course.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Follow the procedural legal writing, writing and understanding these petitions
  • At the end of the course, student can comprehensivly understand the concepts of these legal writings and dominate their contents.
  • At the end of the course, student can comprehensivly understand the concepts of these legal writings and apply their contents.
Course Content Basic concepts of "Legal Writing", the petition examples which are used by parties in various judicial proceedings, executive petitions, some basic texts written by judicial authorities, espaecially court decisions, publication.
