Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students that succesful of this course will be able to: • distinguish general provisions on advocacy and notarial law
  • • solve legal problems related to advocacy and notarial law.
  • • give examples about disputes regarding advocacy law.
  • • Critic the gaps in the legislation related with the notarial law.
  • • Discuss the provisions of advocacy and notarial law
Course Content Basic writing rules, writing petition, official warning, precept over pracitical examples, writing all kinds of petitions.
