Course Objectives Giving information about the concept of intellectual right and regulations about intellectual property.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Exlains the differences and similarities between property and intellectual property.
  • Analyze regulations about property and intellectual property.
  • Critisize regulations inproperty and intellectual property.
  • Solve problems about authorship.
  • Give informations about the rights of the owner of the property.
Course Content Concept of work, intellectual right, elements and types of works, the rights of work owner according to type of work, the right of quotation, publishing, intellectual theft.
