Course Objectives | The purpose of the course is to explain the arbitration, the law of international arbitration, the arbitration agreement, the appointment, challenge, responsibility, termination of mandate and competency of arbitrator or arbitral tribunal, the arbitral procedure and the recourse against arbitral awards. |
