Course Objectives The course is an introductory course to Commercial Law. The main aim of the course is to introduce the principle concepts of Commercial Law; especially legal transactions about commercial enterprises, traders, assistants of trader, etc.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • be able to distinguish the basic concepts of Commercial Law like commercial enterprise, commercial transaction and trader.
  • be able to solve legal problems related to commercial life.
Course Content Introduction to Turkish Commercial Law, legal transactions about commercial enterprises, basic principles of Mark Law and Unfair Competition.
