Course Objectives In the Criminal Procedure Law course, it is aimed to reveal the basic features of the criminal procedure science and its purpose, the authorities participating in the proceedings and their duties, the conditions of the execution of the proceedings, the jurisdiction, the evidence and the protection measures, the course of the proceedings and the legal remedies, within the scope of the Criminal Procedure Law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the investigation in criminal process.
  • Explain the final investigation in criminal process.
  • Describe legal remedies.
Course Content Operation of the criminal procedure, characteristics of the courts of first instance and the appellate courts.
