Course Objectives In the Criminal Procedure Law course, it is aimed to reveal the basic features of the criminal procedure science and its purpose, the authorities participating in the proceedings and their duties, the conditions of the execution of the proceedings, the jurisdiction, the evidence and the protection measures, the course of the proceedings and the legal remedies, within the scope of the Criminal Procedure Law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Describe and identifty aim of concept of the criminal process and of the criminal process.
  • Explain application of the Rules of the criminal process according to time and place.
  • Identify the the duty of conducting proceedings and judical authorities.
  • Explain the security precautions.
  • Identify conditions of ciriminal procedure.
  • Identify concept of jurisdiction.
  • Identifiy and explain the parties to criminal proceedings.
  • Identifiy and explain criminal procedure transactions.
  • Explain evidences.
  • Analyze the security precautions
Course Content The place of the criminal procedure law in law order, the principles of the criminal procedure law, judgment, subjects of criminal procedure, and the organs of criminal procedure.
