Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students can explain of the fundamental concepts of right to fair trial
  • Gain the ability to solve conflicts that may arise in the field of right to fair trial.
  • Conduct legal research about right to fair trial.
  • Analyse the principles of decision making process in law.
  • Solve legal problems based on right to fair trial
Course Content Examination of the purpose and scope of the right to a fair trial in the Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights in terms of criminal and administrative proceedings. Evaluation of the rules and application mechanisms in the judicial law within the framework of the freedom to seek rights and examination of the relevant court decisions.
