Course Objectives The main objective of the course is to make the students have information on making research in specific fields and on professional and academic writing techniques.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Experiences the research methods
  • Can give examples on rules on contents, bibliography, writing introduction and conclusion of the text and citation, footnote
  • Can describe how to give place to judicial decisions and norms in text which are specific to law
  • Having the fundamental competence on writing an article in the field of law and being able to use the databases specific to law
  • Can make comparison on fundamental writing techniques
Course Content Legal research methods and different aspects of legal writing.
