Course Objectives The course aims to provide knowledge of the principles, laws, regulations and standards in the field of interior architecture. It covers making contracts, surveys, quantity surveys and progress payments for the designed project. The course also emphasizes ensuring correct and complete coordination in construction site management and managing the process between the manufacturer and the customer throughout the entire application process.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Learn the principles, laws, regulations and standards within the scope of the interior architecture profession.
  • Develop the ability to estimate project costs and create contracts for interior architecture projects.
  • Acquire the skills to conduct surveys, quantity surveys, and progress payments in interior architecture practice.
  • Acquire the capability to manage the application process of the interior architecture project and communicate effectively with the client.
Course Content The course covers interior design projects,laws and regulations,total quality management,design and implementation costs,contracts,surveying,quantity surveying and progress payment,application process control,customer relations and professional ethics.
