Course Objectives The course aims to provide students with information on business and brand requirements, brand identity, and branding, as well as perception design and management in current interior design projects through market research and theoretical courses. With the knowledge and experience gained, students will be able to create design projects that are oriented toward brand and business.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Develop design alternatives based on different business/brand strategies and approaches.
  • Create typical projects from the identities of multi-branch retail businesses and implement them to different interior designs.
  • Apply brand identity design and perception management within the businesses.
  • Combine the needs and requirements of interior designs with a business/brand focus.
  • Design/present two-three dimensional visual elements within the scope of brand identity.
Course Content The course covers basic information about the business/brand phenomenon in the interior design process.It also included popular brand identity design and interior design in multibranch businesses,as well as facade design,showcase design and instore stand design.Brand creation for merchandising is discussed through examples and design projects are developed.
