  • Upon successfully finishing this course, students will be able to examine how digital tools, such as the Internet, smartphones, and 3D printing, are revolutionizing the world of marketing by shifting the balance of power from firms to consumers.
Course Content The aspects of Internet, social media and mobile marketing that are most relevant to the marketing mix for 'Business to Business' (B2B), 'Business to Consumer' (B2C) and 'Not-for-Profit' marketing, communications and PR.
