Course Objectives The aim of this course is to comprehend the causes of mental disorders, accompanying structural and functional changes and current definitions of mental disorders.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the current diagnostic criteria and basic features of adult mental disorders
  • Can distinguish between these disorders
  • Will be able to define current approaches to adult mental disorders.
Course Content Concept of psychopathology from various perspectives, the evolution of the concept and the evaluation of disorders by considering different contexts.
