The Mathematics PhD program is carried out in accordance with the Atılım University Postgraduate Education Regulation.
The doctoral program targets students in Mathematics and other closely related fields. The total credit required for students to be accepted with a bachelor's degree is determined as 42 credits. The doctoral program will consist of at least 300 ECTS credits, including at least fourteen credit courses, a seminar course, a special studies course on thesis topic, a proficiency exam, a thesis proposal and a thesis study for students who will be accepted with a bachelor's degree. Students may take elective courses from other doctoral programs with the approval of their advisors and taking into account the regulations and guidelines. The minimum requirements specified in the Atılım University Institute of Science Postgraduate Education and Examination Regulation will also be valid for this program.
