Business Crimes in the Turkish Commercial Code and other special laws; historical development of the economic criminal law and the works in this field; the common features of norms within the economic criminal law in the light of the general theory of crime; the sanctions for business crimes the light of the sanction theory and their types and efficiency in terms of criminology and criminal policy.
