Course Objectives Course Objective Administrative jurisdiction law mainly; In this context, it is aimed to improve administrative disputes and to develop reasoning skills specific to administrative law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • • To gain the ability to question the effectiveness of judicial review of administration by limiting basic rights and freedoms through public power privileges. • To be able to comprehend the principles of the judicial law institutions. • To be able to analyze the importance of the administration as a requirement of the principle of the rule of law in the light of the knowledge of administrative jurisdiction. • The basic legislation and judicial principles of the judicial review of the administration; determine the problems that arise in the implementation of the judicial authorities. • Ability to evaluate the source and results of legal regulations which cause the administration and operations of the administration to be excluded from an effective judicial review.
