Course Objectives In the light of general knowledge of administrative law literature; It is aimed to examine the functionality of the existence of the basic concepts, institutions and principles belonging to this branch of law and the current problems encountered in practice.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To provide the ability to examine the theoretical foundations of administrative law in detail and to analyze the existential foundations of institutions with the basic concepts related to the subject. To gain an analytical and analytical perspective to the doctrinal debates and principled approaches in the field of administrative law. To develop reasoning skills and interpretation techniques by discussing the practical and up-to-date expressions of students' theoretical administrative law knowledge. Analyzing the practical application areas of administrative law, and analyzing which principles the institutions and organizations act in accordance with To solve legal problems arising on the basis of administrative law knowledge and to contribute to doctrinal discussions with student evaluations
Course Content The basic concepts and functions of administrative law and their functions; current problems and effective solutions of these problems in terms of judicial decisions and doctrinal information.
