Course Objectives Examining the institutions specific to the administrative judiciary within the framework of the freedom of seeking rights of doctoral students
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To have information about the right to a fair trial, freedom of claim, administrative law institutions and to write an academic article by doing research on related issues.
Course Content The right to a fair trial the Constitution and in the European Convention on Human Rights, the rules in the jurisdiction, the evaluation of the application mechanisms within the framework of the right to a fair trial and the examination of the relevant court decisions.
