Course Objectives To teach the main concepts of environmental law generally, the main sources of international environmental law, the relevant regulations and arguments in Turkey.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • define the basic concepts of environmental law.
  • classify the basic sources of international environmental law.
  • Solve legal problems related to environmental issues.
  • assess the relation of the right to the environment to other rights and freedoms.
  • develop legal solutions in order to prevent violations of environmental rights.
