Course Objectives In this course, general explanatory information is given within the scope of the administration's authority to impose sanction in administrative law. The main purpose of the course is to explain the legal regime of administrative sanctions, their types and the control methods of these sanctions.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who can successfully complete this course, Can explain the authority of the administration to impose sanctions and can apply the relevant legislation
  • Can find solutions to legal problems about the types of administrative sanctions.
  • Can explain the difference in legal regime between the types of administrative sanctions in the Misdemeanors Law No. 5326 and other types of administrative sanctions.
Course Content Administrative sanction, sanction types, administrative fines, administrative measures, disciplinary punishments, remedies against administrative sanction decisions.
