Course Objectives | In this course, in addition to labor law in sports, taxation law, intellectual rights and sports public law, there are also the effects and the functions of super nations' institutions, sponsorship, doping, criminal and legal responsibilities in sports, sports judiciary and laws specific to certain sports types. Together with foreign legislation and legal decisions, Turkish Sport legislation and administrative construction are also among the subjects of this course. |
