Course Objectives | The concept of criminal law, its duties, distinctions, general principles, historical development, resources, implementation rules and extradition are the basic topics of this course. Under these headings it is aimed to exhibit the basic principles of Turkish Criminal Law on the basis of judicial decisions. |
